About Us

E3n is a not-for-profit, member-based organization serving independent schools, educators, students, and families across the full student lifecycle.

Formed through the merger of the former Educational Records Bureau (ERB) and the Enrollment Management Association (EMA), E3n builds on nearly a century of collective expertise in assessment, enrollment, and student development. E3n exists to deepen school impact and advance whole-student growth by uniting academic and enrollment leadership around shared, data-driven insights.

E3n provides comprehensive assessments, professional tools, conferences, and analytics that help independent schools demonstrate their value and support student success from pre-enrollment through graduation—extending beyond academic performance to include student well-being, sense of belonging, and social-emotional development.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled, detail-oriented, and proactive Salesforce Systems Administrator to take ownership of the ongoing management, maintenance, and strategic optimization of our Salesforce platform. This role is critical to ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our Salesforce environment, which serves as the backbone of our customer relationship management (CRM) operations.

As a Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will oversee core Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot, and any other applicable platforms. You will be responsible for user management, system configuration, data integrity, and ongoing enhancements that align with organizational goals. Working closely with cross-functional teams—such as Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and IT—you will translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions, support reporting and automation efforts, and help drive the adoption of CRM best practices across the organization.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple priorities, and is committed to continuous improvement. H/she/they will bring both strong technical capabilities and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Coordinate releases to minimize disruption and ensure compatibility across environments
  • Support structured change management and communication around system updates

Cross-System Integrations & Architecture

  • Partner with internal and external technical resources to design, implement, and troubleshoot integration workflows
  • Ensure data flows are reliable, well-documented, and scalable

Stakeholder Partnership & Enablement

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and ensure alignment between technical functionality and business goals
